Greater Me Program workshops are designed to equip foster youth with the tools, confidence, and skills they need to thrive in adulthood. Led by experienced mentors, community leaders, and industry professionals, these sessions cover a range of impactful topics—from financial literacy and career readiness to mental wellness and personal development. Building Inner Strength

A guided workshop focused on developing self-worth, emotional resilience, and the confidence to face life’s challenges with a strong sense of self.

Self-Defense

This interactive session teaches practical self-defense techniques while promoting awareness, personal safety, and confidence in everyday situations.

Email Etiquette

This workshop covers the essentials of professional email communication, on tone, structure, grammar, and best practices for in the workplace and academics.
